Booty Blast

Booty Blast is a 30 minute intense group training workout with the purpose of building and strengthening the lower body muscles, primarily focusing on the glutes.

Training the gluteus muscles not only gives a great appearance from the rear but is also extremely beneficial for stabilising the hip, and preventing injury in the lower body joints and back.

We strongly encourage the use of weights in this class although, we recommend all fitness newbies to inform instructors if they have never previously exercises/have minimal experience.
