Power yoga is an energetic style of yoga with an emphasis on strong movements and a controlled flow between poses. Come ready to sweat and expect an improvement in strength, flexibility and balance. Every class finishes off with a relaxing Savasana as a reward for your hard work. This class is open to all levels. However, if you are new to fitness or have never done yoga before we recommend attending a few of our Vinyasa Yoga classes first so you can familiarise yourself with the movements to get you up to speed for when you join our Power Yoga class.
